Currently, despite economic growth and trade that comes across our city and country, there are still places and entities that lack of tools and materials for its adequate functioning. Non-profit institutions, whose purpose is to help others, with social support. That is why Intihotel, aware of these deficiencies, has been making an effort action, involving both physical and economic institutions such as, Congregation of Sisters of the Elders “Desamparados”, Charitable Society of Chiclayo (Community Program), Civil Association of Volunteers “Brazos para tí” Regional Teaching Hospital of Las Mercedes.

The current conceptions of company touting each day with more emphasis on human resources, is the most important driving force for achieving the goals set as an institution, suggesting that the partner should be treated, protected, recognized, loved and listened to reason create it trends aimed at conducting as a person, which will result in improved individual performance, professional and interpersonal. It is in this context that it is engaged IntiHotel activities that are intended to motivate its team, among these activities are: the collaborator of the month, a significant day of the mother and Christmas.
